Lifetime purchase refund information

A buyer of a ModbusLab Lifetime license may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

How to request a refund

1. Email support@modbuslab.org within 7 days of the purchase date.
2. Use the email address associated with the order and include the order receipt or other purchase reference.
3. State that you are requesting a refund for a Lifetime license. Support will use the order details to locate the transaction and reply about the request.

The Lifetime license is a one-time payment and is charged immediately at checkout. The monthly plan is a separate subscription and does not use the Lifetime refund offer. Contact support to request monthly subscription cancellation.
